Table has been pretty loose, but no specific reads and no stats on either Villain.

Hero (SB, $11.70) Dealt: T8

UTG ($24.71): Raise to $.30
(Three Folds)
Hero: Calls $.25
BB ($21.15): Raises to $1
UTG: Calls
Hero: Calls

I know preflop is marginal, but table had been playing very loose so I don't think it's real bad here.

Flop: 976

Hero Checks, BB bet $1.40, UTG call $1.40, Hero ???

Obviously big flop for us which can be played several different ways. I think betting out and C/R are the two best options, I don't like bet/call. I think if I bet call it narrows my range to NFD and exactly what I have. I chose to check/raise because I think it widens my range considerably to two pairs, flopped sets, flopped straight with no redraw, and maybe the occasional semi-bluff type hand. I think betting out keeps range similar, and does include a few more semi-bluffs, but I feel like we also lose value some of the time by not allowing C-bets.

Really wanted to hear how I am right or wrong, just getting back into poker. And if anyone knows a better way to get BetOnlines HH vs typing it out manually, would love to hear that too, haha.

Thanks.

Fixed.

Minraise. Seriously.

Honestly, I don't mind the preflop call of the 3 bet because you are getting better than 3 to 1 odds on the that call. However, I don't like calling the initial raise OOP with no other callers to that point. Obviously, you'd rather have T9s or 89s instead of the gap, but I'm only calling with speculative hands (small pairs and suited connectors) and not with hands that have reverse implied odds (AJ, KQ, etc.).

If I'm an unknown or have a loose reputation, I am making a big c/r on the flop. I never lead in this position because my hand can't be counterfeited (like 2 pair) and I don't want to scare QQ or JJ from c-betting and getting committed to the pot. I will also make a big raise with big draw hands as well (pair/flush draw or straight/flush draw), which have good equity vs. over pairs, which even outs my range and doesn't polarize what I'm doing.

Thanks.
I just started using DriveHUD and it's awesome. I am able to copy hands to 2+2 format from the software. The HUD is also easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Hope this helps,
