4b some vs some just not that particular individual..

I 4-bet and stack off without looking at the HUD, and I see AK a lot in this spot.

FWIW, I hate villain's sizing. He's deep enough to get 7 bets in there. Ripping it in as a 5-bet actually means hero can get away from AKo and JJ/TT or any of his 4-bet bluffs. Don't fold queens though.

I meant virtually always AA,KK, maybe AK. My feeling has been stack it off preflop without thinking too much but it seems most of the time anyone at the micros 4bet/5bet shoves it's AA or KK but I'm probably just remembering the beats and am sure I have seen AK and worse a lot here too

This is really bad man, use your HUD. A 3% 3b after 300 hands indicates a strong range.
You should 4b bigger when OOP. I generally do ~70% of pot. Don't 4b vs this particular opponent though

Against QQ+/AK we're losing < 1bb on average here if we add in rake.

How did you calculate that? When I did it I got -5bb without rake

My math was wrong. It's actually much worse than I thought at first. I messed up because I thought we covered villain

Without rake:
(140.25*.4) - (102.75*.6)
56.1 - 61.65 = -5.55

With rake:
(127.75*.4) - (102.75*.6)
51.1 - 61.65 = -10.55

Just fold -ur never good here when u min 4bet and get jammed for an extra +100bb

It's actually worse than that.
230*.95 = 218.5
218.5 - 102.75 = 115.75
(115.75*.4) - (102.75*.6) = ~ -15 bb

Yeah, its a rake fold. Frisky villains such as myself might have AK and JJ often enough for a break-even call, but not the population.
