Do we call the turn? Feels yucky, but we could still hit even a Q to scoop the pot. I have found fish to be very pot control heavy. Think KQ is checking back here a lot. It would suck to be up against a flush. Best scenario would be a AhJx type floats, maybe even AhQx.

At my stake, i'd call turn. we have Qh, and the Kh is on the board, so this blocks some of the strong flushes he can have like KhJh, KhQh etc

Why not x flop ?

I always check the flop, so I'm not sure what's going on here. I think you have to call the turn with the FD and then fold the river as played. Other QQ combos (no hearts) fold turn or check-fold flop.

bet smaller or check flop (probably check as our hand doesn't need much protection like TT would)
