What color are those? First picture looks tan, second burgundy and third medium brown. Demi's advice on shoe care is good--always store in shoe trees, never wear two days in a row and clean them up every once in a while (depends how often you wear them really).

The official colour is mahogany.

Great site.

Gotcha, so probably closest to second pic. I like them a lot, good choice.

I like the trousers in the 2nd pic, what are they? just dress pants?
01-15-2014 , 03:52 PM
Yes, these are pants I bought a SuitSupply a couple of days ago:

In real life though it's a pretty dark grey. Would have preferred a slightly lighter grey but these should come in handy every now and then. Personally I had to make adjustments in the waist and taper at the bottom.

These just came. Really like them. Super light weight. Good color. Also got a mathing belt since it was cheap on their website:

The belt looks good, I am a little skeptical about quality, but it wont be worn that often so not really a huge concern.

Cool thread. Thanks for posting websites of where you buy. I thought all I'd ever get out of 2p2 fashion wise was gilt.com and the incentive to spend cash $$,$$$ on watches

really like the shoes enough is enough

Picked up a couple BB sweaters on sale. here:

Here

Got the blue, red and white.

It was funny, I wasnt planing on getting anything just looking and came across these:

Almost identical?

I cant really find out the difference outside of the colors(sucks cause would rather have the blue from this one). One has the word pullover in it. O well. Went with large and assuming I dont dry it should fit perfectly(in all except body length but they dont list those). YOLO.
01-17-2014 , 03:15 AM
I really need a cable sweater, those look great.

And yeah, they are the same (your blue is better fwiw).
01-17-2014 , 01:33 PM
Custer, prepare yourself for those sweaters to be really baggy through the body. I can't see a Large BB sweater not listed as slim fit measuring any less than 22-23" across the torso.
01-17-2014 , 04:56 PM
Are you speaking from BB experience? It doesnt seem like sweaters really have slim fits on BB. I will post pics once I get them.

FWIW I have rarely found Larges in any clothing store that are too big on me. If anything it will be too small.
01-17-2014 , 05:30 PM
Interested in how you go. I refuse to buy any that aren't listed as slim fit's. I'm actually really happy with the J-Crew slims.

I can't imagine non-slims working for you, you are taller/thinner than me, and I wear a large
01-17-2014 , 05:46 PM
Custer,

Don't get your hopes up. I am very close to your size (6'3" 190) and I gave up on BB a while ago. I want to like them, just never tried anything on that fits (including sweaters, but not those exact ones). Even their extra slim fit dress shirts are wayyy too big. All their clothes seem to be made for short fat people.
01-17-2014 , 08:07 PM
AHh well, we shall see. Thanks for HU
01-18-2014 , 06:44 PM
Black fleece shirts fit very well but are expensive.
01-18-2014 , 08:03 PM
bb shirts are like kites

How many wears usually does it take for you to clean them again?

Also, I wore them yesterday for the first time and they seemed very slippery on the bottom. I nearly fell a couple of times. It was rainy weather. Anything fashionable I can do against this?
01-18-2014 , 09:58 PM
Ya it's the leather sole I assume. Mine were like that when I first go them. It will get gripper the rougher it gets from wearing them.

I clean them whenever I feel like the color/shine fades.

Dont wear them in rainy weather and as Custer said, leather soles are slippy in the beginning.
01-19-2014 , 06:13 AM
Ah ok. What do you guys wear for shoes then when it rains?
