Disko is that you in the pic? I always imagined you being rather skinny and not bulked up, but judging by **** in the background im guessing thats not you.
12-25-2011 , 05:44 PM
Are you talking about the messy bed/portable heater?
12-25-2011 , 05:45 PM
Is it gay for a guy to go somewhere to get his eyebrows done? Not girl-like but sometime to maintain a non-messy look
12-25-2011 , 06:01 PM
Depends how bad they are, if you have a unibrow or they are very horrid-looking what else are you supposed to do?

yeah that's me. i'm like 5'11 165 so pretty thin, imo.

and yeah my bedroom is a **** mess. thats laundry on the floor and my AC unit in the background. my apt is 2 floors so as long as i keep downstairs clean thats all that matters.

I don't currently but am looking to start again -- I just need to find a good place to go.

It is hard to say if you should without seeing you but for a decent percentage of guys you'll look better and for guys who have uni-brows it is a necessity.

The secret is finding a place that does them well.If you live in a big enough city there will be places that specialize in men who have estheticians that will know what to do.

wow lolwut

If money isnt an issue, I see no problem with getting your eyebrows waxed along with many other type o male grooming

I guess, but I'd probably feel awkward going to get my eyebrows waxed. But yeah, that's me.
12-26-2011 , 01:17 AM
My eyebrows are naturally in good shape, but I have a couple of odd-looking patches of hair on my back... I think I should have that taken care of.
12-26-2011 , 09:20 AM
Back hair should go but is much easier than eyebrows since you can have it semi-permanently removed and then not think about it again.

Are Seiko watches considered decent/fairly classy? I just remember some rap song saying "I went from Seiko to Rolex" so I was wondering if Seiko was a good brand haha.
12-26-2011 , 11:14 PM
Seiko is Japanese, so it's better than just any crappy watch, but it's still not that great.

But, I only advocate wearing Swiss watches and not wearing a watch unless it is a good one (except for sporting purposes).

Cool, thanks. Yeah I got the sense that Seiko is ok and very reliable/durable, but not baller.

i bought a ton a stuff this week and have to get rid of some stuff that doesnt fit me anymore. if anyone is interested in buying see below. everything is dirt cheap because i'm probably just gonna throw it out otherwise.

2x White brooks brothers non-iron slim fit dress shirts. one is 16/32 (button-down collar) and the other is 16/33 (ainsley collar). i've worn each of them 5-8 times. retails for $88/each. ill sell for $25 each, $40 if you buy both. link: http://www.brooksbrothers.com/IWCatP...e&sectionsize= SOLD

1x Blue brooks brothers non-iron slim fit dress shirt. it's blue with red squares or something - will take pic if anyone wants. retails for $88 i'll sell for $20.

Burberry suit jacket - size 38R but i had some alterations so its a slimmer fit. i don't know where the pants are but i bought this for $1200. will sell for $200. will take pics. i literally wore this TWICE and both times were job interviews. 3 button suit which i dont wear anymore.

a couple of ralph lauren polos, these: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/i...entPage=family GONE

ive never worn these because i dont like them. i will throw these in for free if anyone buys something else.

seiko is the number 1 most common brand among millionaires! so i'd say seiko ranges all the way from "cool beater watch" to "holy crap that is nice" and it depends on which one you are talking about.

quality to price ratio is pretty great for them as well.

Disko,

I may be interested in the BB shirts/RL polos. I'm not home but I'll check what size my BB shirts are cause I forgot but I'm pretty sure were the same size. I'd meet you in NYC somewhere too

Didn't realize that. Perhaps they don't publicize the expensive baller Seiko's that much in the US. Thanks Quick Fingers Mczug

What do you think of this watch? http://blingdaily.com/

I'd appreciate your thoughts on if the above watch is a steal/nice/ugly etc. Thanks.
