i just bought a generic ps3 controller on ebay. i'm half asleep and remembered i need another controller cuz mine crapped out. i was looking at a bunch of auctions so said **** it and bought it (takes like 3 clicks since my info's in the system). quickly realized right after it's a generic version that looks pretty gay imo and for $10 more i could get the real thing. to lazy to try and backout of the auction. ohwellz still $50 cheaper than going to the store and getting one.

side note- i've spent like $1200-1300 on ps3 **** fml. i only play one game too lol

here's a pic of the gay controller:

You can back out of an auction by saying you mistyped the bid. Theres definitely someway of getting out of it, I did it once.

With regards to the second hand, how often should you really be slowplaying a set at those limits with an ace high flop once your opponent shows that he's interested? I usually find that's the best way to minimize your take.

Granted, in this case the guy was putting a move on and it was just as well to smooth call the flop, but in general I don't like slowplaying a set on an ace high flop. Either your opponent likes the flop in spite of or because of the ace, and you can get paid big, or you're not going to make much regardless. Even letting them catch up halfway is only going to get you paid a bit more...and obviously sometimes they more than catch up and you get ****ed like that.

villain is a serial floater who loves to 3 barrel with air and is super aggressive... do i need to post reads next time lol

you can make an argument for c/c the river with that read maybe but he snaps me off with any decent 2 pair or lower set

I don't think your line is that bad here really karak. Any merits for a turn raise?
05-12-2010 , 06:39 PM
my thinking was: a turn raise folds out anything except top 2 or another set which are getting it in on teh river anyways

he's very unlikely to have spades... he could potentially have a straight draw, but that is folding to my raise and is unlikely to hit... he's barreling pretty much any river... so why not jsut call?

if i raise now i just stack a bunch of hands i'd already stack. his hand is one of the very, very few i dont stack on the river but stack now if i shove... obv we need to look at his greater range.
05-12-2010 , 06:53 PM
karak played it perfectly fine imo
05-12-2010 , 06:55 PM
anybody know why this happens some times with HH's?
