my best friend bought a 1 way ticket to brazil and left a week ago yesterday. he is now officially missing as of friday morning in rio de janeiro. i normally would figure its just him being dumb, but he left his passport, wallet, and phone at the family's house where he was set to stay for the first month.

the family has already done all the paperwork for stuff down there but if anyone has suggestions about finding a lost american that would be great. any of you with brazilian friends that know of some drug festival that has been going on for the last 3 days or anything? because that would be awesome news in the short term.

So Saturday was the first home game of the year as well as my 21st.

Drank a decent bit before the game then during halftime we hit up the bars and drank down there from about 5-11:15 at one bar.

(dont remember anything past 8:00)

Anyways try to go to a different bar and apparently im using my friends as a crutch but the bouncer won't let me in cause I fell down trying to get my I.D. out and a bit of blood on my face.

So then we decide to walk to the bus station to get the on the uni bus back to my apartment, but about halfway there I hit the ground and 3 cops come over and I'm trying to get up but can't stand and they end up calling the amublance.

First thing I remember is talking to my friend around 4am who It took me 5 minutes to realize wasn't the doctor, and he took me home.... still pretty blacked out.

Anyways apparently I managed to give them my insurance info/they already had it idk (just got off the phone with the hospital).

Would rather not have my parents find out......is that possible?
(I am under their health insurance, Tricare)

Does your hospital chart say anything about alcohol poisoning? If not, come up with a good story, rehearse it, and EZ game.

Yeah, my friend told the cops "its his birthday and I was making sure he got drunk as hell" and one cop responded "well I think you succeeded there"
Didn't get handcuffed or anything but apparently cop almost did because I kept on wanting to try and stand up but couldn't get up.

That sucks. Pry best just to be honest about it with your parents. Not too much you can make up about that. Just be glad that you didn't get cited or arrested.

Subway bread is so damn inconsistent. I always get my sandwiches toasted, and despite the fact that they toast it for the exact same amount of time each time, sometimes it will come out toasted perfectly and sometimes it will come out overdone and make the bread all crispy, crumbly, and a general pain in the ass.

No I will not switch to Quizno's, there's a Subway a block away from me. Actually I don't even think there is a local Quizno's. There's a Jimmy Johns, but I definitely prefer Subway to them anyway.

What bread you get brah? Italian herbs and cheese?
