I'm actually really ****ing glad you keep calling me out on that. I'm generally a very capable writer, but I'm guilty of comma splices all the ****ing time. No idea why that's the one nitty thing that I don't even notice myself doing.

move up and/or play more tables next time imo

Oh also...

Today, I came home after being gone for the weekend to find a bill for $20 taped to my front door and my grass cut. The grass wasn't bad, and I didn't ask for it to be cut. Also, he knew my name, which leads me to believe he went through my mail.

Appropriate response? It's somewhat more complicated because the guy lives down the street from me, and obv knows where I live, so my first inclination of "ignore it, thanks for the free yard work" is less of an option.

for a professional lawn cutting 20 would be an absolute steal even if you have a small yard. one of my friends does that and i think they charge 40 min or something.

i do like gg's idea though.

Again, it's not about the money. $20 is easily a fair price.

My lawn is fairly small. If it's any indication, the OsT head-shave was done in my back yard. You can probably get a decent idea from those pictures.

I'm thinking I don't do something dickhead-ish so that when I throw a party, he doesn't get all hissy and call the cops or something.

dont you live in a semi suburby area iirc? could see him being justified if your grass was kindve getting outa control and the homeowners association are picky about that sort of thing.
