I haven't lived there in nearly three years, but my experience was that there were quite a few cash games going. Usually 1/2 nl. The cops didn't seem to care even though a rake was being taken so you should be in luck. Just ask around.

lol.. i know that the no alcohol thing sucks ass, but tech is a good school.. atleast my girl will be making a **** ton of money when she gets out.. they have to have a good school to bring you to this **** town..

Possibly per capita, but this is just a ridiculous statement when you consider the fact that like 40,000+ people attend the University of Texas.

the school might be a tier 3, but the program she is getting her phd in is a very small field, and they have one of the best programs and probably one of the best advisors so.. I'm not worried..
