Hey, Guys
Any idea when will Venetian-Wynn post the schedule for their series?
I am trying to make a schedule to come to Vegas.
Maybe someone knows more or can ask the td's for approx dates of sched release?

My understanding from the Venetian is they will have a preliminary schedule out next week. I have no idea what that means as far as a final schedule or official posting on their website/twitter. I assume they are trying to wait as long as possible due to the ever-changing stuff with Delta and the potential for changes with the WSOP.

Correct, PHamous Poker Series is no more, confirmed first hand from their poker room just before that closed in July. The upstairs mezzanine is being built into something else.

Rumored, Bally's may host a series that time instead.

I wouldn't count on this as there are also rumors all Caesar properties will be closing poker rooms to send dealer's to the WSOP.

Wynn has a fall series from 8/26 to 9/12. It's unlikely they would hold another series in October, but I guess November would be possible.

Echoing everyone else, I'm fairly sure they will run a series.
I'm also fairly sure Wynn is waiting for Venetian to release their schedule (potentially any day, but definitely by end of August per this tweet), so that they can minimize conflicts. That's what Wynn has done in the past (also per talking to Wynn staff).

Both are posted on the Cardplayer tournament schedule list so I'm guessing they're a go, but also can't find any specific schedules yet.

I'm kinda curious how this all interacts with the rumors that the WSOP was facing a dealer shortage. Honestly I'd assumed side series might be off or heavily reduced this year. Maybe the idea of a shortage was BS all along?

The Venetian has an advantage in that it has most of the necessary dealers as full time employees. Even when they expanded their summer series to 100 tables a few years ago, I think they got most of their extra dealers in-house.

We haven’t seen what they have planned yet, but given they have been running pretty much a non-stop series for the last year, I doubt they’ll have any dealer issues. WSOP might be a different story though.

Of course I’m guessing there are lots of dealers out there who may be looking to get back to work so it may not be that hard staffing up.
