They want us to begin with the assumption that the pool is $400.
They say 3% will be taken out of that prize pool.
However, any money they take from your buyin is
never a part of a prize pool.
If they are forcibly taking an extra $12 of your $440, I don't care what the excuse is, it reduces the pool. The pool is not $400, it is only $388.
So it is deceptive to say $400 of what you pay is in the pool. In reality, less dollars go into the pool.
Their mistake is to claim 3% will be removed from "the pool". Maybe the attorneys say they must word it that way... I don't know nor do I care.
It is simply not truthful.
I like the rake amount.. it's very decent. This isn't about that.
