I'm sure somebody on here has utilized the WSOP Tournament Account before and has the answer. I understand how to fund the account with either Chips from Paris/Horseshoe or cash. I am not sure how withdrawing remaining funds out of the account works.

From the WSOP Registration page:
"Any WSOP Tournament Account funds remaining at the end of the event will be returned to the player in the same fashion in which they were originally deposited.

What does "at the end of the event" mean? Is this at the end of the WSOP in July? Can you cashout of the account at any time? I will only be in Vegas from June 4th - June 26th.

Thanks

You can cashout at any time but you'll have to take it all out and can't redeposit in it because they dont want to act as a bank.

There are two different TBIC account types this year: WSOP-TBIC & Bravo-TBIC.

The wsop account is the same as previous years, for current series only, allowing you to register and print seat assignments at kiosks.

The Bravo TBIC is new this year. This is where your funds will end up if you do a wire transfer through Payfiniti. You may then move money from the Bravo account to WSOP account.

At the end of the series, all WSOP-TBIC accounts are cleared. Money is returned to the same method of funding. If you deposited cash or chips, make sure to cash out after playing your final event.

The Bravo account is intended to be ongoing, so there are currently no plans to clear out those accounts. Bravo wants to use those accounts for other tournament series (i.e., circuit stops) throughout the year. They're betting that this is the future of tournament buy-ins.

Thanks for the info. I am not doing the Bravo/Payfiniti this year, I'll let them work out the bugs the first year.

I'm not sure the WSOP could have made this process any more difficult. Is it possible to fund a WSOP-TBIC account via a wire transfer before you get to town? I don't see any instructions how to do this on the WSOP website. In fact, the site says:

**NEW FOR 2024** Participants that wish to pay for their Tournament registrations via a wire transfer or ACH will need to do so through Bravo TBIC.

I'm not really excited about the thought of going to Vegas in a few weeks with a backpack full of cash. Can anyone provide clarity on how to wire in money for tournaments without going through Payfiniti? Any guidance would be appreciated.

can you fund the WSOP-TBIC with a cashiers check? maybe email a photo of it in advance for preapproval so when you get there with it you can deposit it immediately and be good to go?

I posted this in a different thread but I will do it again to make it easy
1) Paris will accept a wire transfer ONLY or >$100,000 so effectively NO
2) Bravo/Pafiniti will accept wires, ACH, BUT WATCH THE FEES. ACH is 3%
3) PARIS will accept a Cashiers Check that has been PREAPPROVED by their credit group to establish a TBIC account................
4) EMAIL a copy of your Cashiers Check a WEEK prior to your arrival for PRE approval from CZR Credit.

CONTACT <CZRCredit@Caesars.com> TO GET THIS ALL DIRECT

See the emails I have received below.

The credit area gives some additional details but anyone that wants to utilize that option should take the time to confirm those directly with CZR Credit. I don't want to assume they are absolutely identical for everyone even though I believe they are.

Personally when I deal with any monetary issue of this nature I am EXTREMELY specific and detailed so that in the rare situation that when I get to LV and someone gives me any type of grief I can provide documents that I have followed the instructions I was given. The last thing in the world I want to mess with on my arrival is a money snafu.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Wire Instructions

Hello XXX,

We are sorry for any inconvenience this my cause. Paris Las Vegas Operating Company, LLC will no longer accept wire transfers. However, you can do a cashier's check in advance. When doing a cashier's check before your arrival in Las Vegas, email a copy of the check to our credit department for verification. The credit department email is CZRCredit@Caesars.com and it must include your first and last name, Caesars Reward Number, and state that it is going to be used at the Paris Las Vegas for WSOP. If you use a cashier's check and send it to our credit department ahead it would save a few days before you come. You will still need to bring the original check with you to the Paris cashier cage in the Convention Center.

Thanks again
