This year I would like to spend time playing mega satellites and hopefully use those lamers for various events.
I was looking at 0900 and 2000.

I have couple questions:

Do you have to use those lamers for specific events or for any event?
What average fields for these satellites?

Specifically I was looking to play these( they run almost daily):

09:00 - Rio - WSOP Satellite to 1.5k - $185
20:00 - Rio - WSOP Satellite to 5k - $575

used sarch funtion and found some answers: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/6...heets-1663413/
 Players begin with 4,000 in Tournament Chips.
 All levels last 30 minutes.
 Payouts: May 28 – July 3 = $5,000 Tournament Buy-in Chips + $100 Cash
 Payouts: July 4-6 = $10,000 Tournament Buy-in Chips + $100 Cash
 Any prize money that does not reach $10,100 will be paid out to (1) additional place.
 If the net prize pool does not reach $10,100, 1st place will receive 100% of the net prize pool,
paid out in Tournament Buy-In Chips and cash.

But I still don't know if you can use 5000$( from 8PM mega satellite) lamer for smaller events? Would they give me change?

No change given so you need to register for multiple events at the same time

each lammer they give you is worth $500 and you can use them to register for anything

You will get ten 500-dollar lammers from that event. So yes, you could use those lammers for any buy-ins over $500. They will not give change if you try to use a lammer for a buy-in below $500.

thanks,

looks like that those 8PM satellites are the best option for mega satellites.

I will come in for ME on 7/4/19 and would like to play Mega Satellite on that day( in order to play 1C).
I can not find what Mega Satellite will be on 7/4/19? Is it 8PM 1100$ or 2100$( would rather play 20% satellite).

Anybody have a link of WSOP schedule with Mega Satellites?

I believe that structure is outdated. Looks like it is from 2016. If I recall correctly, last year they got rid of the 25/25 level and started at 25/50, and they added a 75/150 level.

The mega satellite structures are on the last two pages of the pdf version of the schedule on the WSOP site. They have special satellite schedules just before and during the first Day 1's of the Main Event. Look under "No-Limit Hold'em Mega Satellites July 2 - July 6" on the last page of the pdf. On July 4 they will have both a 1pm $1100 and an 8pm $2175.

True enough but I once used a lammer and some cash to buy a deep stack seat ($240) and a $325 SnG seat in a single visit to the SnG window. I think last year they separated out the deep stack windows from the SnG windows and so that may no longer be possible, however I am pretty certain that you can use a single lammer to buy multiple SnG seats at one time.

That is correct. You can definitely combine buy-ins for multiple events (for example, buy three $175 SnG buyins for a $500 lammer + $25). But yeah, they separated the cages last year and I don’t know if you can do a Deepstack with a satellite anymore.

I am thinking to play:
05/30 Thursday 09:00 - Rio - WSOP Satellite to 1.5k - $185
anybody has any idea how long it would run? I am planing to play Big 50 that day too.

thanks

It will run 3 hours or so. Given that Big 50 starts at 10, you would be a couple hours late to get in. The structure's really good, so that might not matter much to you, and I don't think you will have a problem getting into the tourney on the Thursday flight.

EDIT: Never mind, it starts at 11 on Thursday, so you'd be an hour or so late. I'm playing the weekend Big 50 flights, and those are at 10.

For the $1100 mega satellites at 1pm on July 2-4, will the last one usually have the most entrants?

Generally they'll all be within ~200 people of each other, from 1100-1300 people.

Does anybody have numbers for the Mega satellites? Do they attract 1000s of players?
