I have played WSOP Seniors and Milly Maker a couple of times, and have not played either of those, but for me, Colossus would be an easy decision.
In my opinion, Colossus will have a wider range of abilities, but be a bit softer overall. It has a better structure, and obviously the top prizes are much more exciting. I would expect the Seniors to be more relaxed and sociable, but less exciting.
