It's showing a DailyDeepstack $250 HORSE Oct 4th - Nov 15th. But it's not showing on the payout calculator as a tournament.

First time I've ever noticed the WSOP running a daily HORSE, is this new or have I just been oblivious?

How do you know it is just Mondays? I believe you. Running HORSE every day doesn't make sense I just couldn't find where that was posted.

Specifically says EVERY WEDNESDAY

The HORSE did not say Every Monday

I had the same thought, dire, because I prefer non-NLHE tournaments. A pokernews.com article also confirms the Monday only thing.

I too prefer non-NLHE events
I'm in town from Oct 12-20 and am able to play in a HORSE event about every other day (The Orleans is technically ROSE - No holdem)
If I run deep in any of these, I can alter my plans. Would love to have to do that.
