The weekend rate(1/27 and 1/28--$105 to $145 depending on the day of the weeke or some other randomizing factor) is another story and the event rate is a savings of about half off at $65. Three stitched together reservations(and apromis I will not have to check out and in, etc.) and half an hour later with a supervisor and I believe I am getting the best rate I can get. Woefully bad customer service even with nice people trying to help. Well, even whine wiht that cheese. Time to get back to wrok.
+1. i had to do the same thing and also got a 40 minute runaround on whether there was availability for the CWSOP rate and for the Casino Tower and on and on and on. i have email confirmations, but my Total Rewards page doesn't have the correct reservation information.
