Tipping is optional.
If I were not in the business I would tip an additional 1-2% or nothing Depending on the professionalism etc
But to give you an idea what dealers get paid and there expenses
4-5 hour base pay from casino
10-$11 a down.
They normally get around 12 downs a day
So they make $40 from casino
$130 from toke pool
Total 170
Taxes 30
Airfare 350 (35 a day avg)
Food 25 a day
Room 20
So they make 170 and spend 110 so they clear $60
A day. Gaming license is $200 in louisiana
So this brings it Down to $40 a day
Just an FYI and please don't start bashing on this in this thread .
So the bottom line is no you don't have to tip anything extra
But if you get quality dealers a lil token of appreciation would go a long way
I hope your question was a serious one.
