Is the AC Caesars Circuit Event awarding tier points to tournament participants similarly to Las Vegas Caesars Circuit?

edit: Not sure if this is accurate. It says the tournaments are $300+$65, $500+80, and $1,000+$125.

However, I played a couple $365s at harrahs AC during their series, and I am pretty sure it was $320+$45. Over 20% rake is pretty bad, then they take 3% out of pool for dealers after, per NJ mandates or something.

Can anyone confirm the actual amount of the rake?

Currently have 60 points myself considering chasing a seat in the national championship. Wondering if anybody who has played this stop in previous years has any info on how the fields were? (entrants, level of competition, etc) Would love to split a room with one or more people. 27 year old married male, down to drink a few beers but get a good nights sleep, focus etc. PM me if interested at all. I am currently looking at the different stops and find which one will be best cost wise and best chance at points.

I guess because of NJ laws they split out the dealer withholdings, unlike other circuit stops where they're included. So instead of $300+$65 like other stops, its $320+$45 - $20 for dealers.

Its explained here: http://www.caesarsac.com/images/non_...Schedule-1.pdf

I guess the question is... are you expected to tip if you win a tournament that takes out 6.25% for dealers?

I don't know what you're expected to do. I imagine the dealers and other employees expect you to. And in the past when I've gotten a good cash in tournaments that took some percentage out for dealers (usually 3% or less) I would usually still give some amount as a tip. However, if I cash in any of these tournaments I will seriously consider not leaving a tip or perhaps leaving a more nominal amount than I normally do, given that in the $320+$45 events they take 6.25% out of the prize pool for the dealers and in the $525+$55 events they take 4.76% out of the prize pool for the dealers. (I don't think I'll be playing higher events than those.)

Interesting how in the $1,035+$90 events they take 3.38% out of the prize pool for the dealers while in the $1,565+$110 they take 4.15% out of the prize pool for the dealers. I would have expected the percentage to decrease as the buy-in increased.

Is it correct that the second flight of the Main Event starts at 7pm, as I think this is different from most of the other stops (I could be wrong)? With the structure, it would run close to 4am with breaks.

I think it's going to be exactly like it was at the Harrah's AC stop where 1A starts at 11am, 1B starts at 7pm, and you only play 9 levels on day 1. So the blind levels are the same as the generic structure sheet, but the start times & length of day 1 are different.

Yeah - but the 5pm conflicts with what the WSOP site says on its schedule for Harrah's AC (7pm), so wasn't sure which was correct. Much prefer 5pm!

Looks like it's an identical schedule to the Harrah's Atlantic City stop.
Im guessing its safe to assume the structure sheets for Harrah's will be exactly the same? They usually post the structure sheets for the events on the schedule link, but the Caesars stop doesnt have a link.

It's the same TD that runs Harrahs' runs Caesars, John Arthur. Pretty much everything is the same from Dec and most of the other stops especially structure. GLGL everyone. See you all there.
