wsop-c venlo (netherlands) taxes

not sure if this is the right forum so mods feel free to move if necessary
i am looking to play the wsop-c main in venlo this month. website says that „no taxes need to be paid since those are paid by the casino“. now that seems slightly unclear to me. will i receive any prinze money minus amount x (withheld by the casino for their tax) or has this already been deducted/paid by the casino. so to make this very clear, if i cash for 10k, will i receive 10k cash from the casino or less?
edit: btw i am german but i assumed that this doesnt matter at all.
