Hi,
So have a question to people been at the PCA and people at the PCA2018 or actually whomever.
Is it standard there not to have breakfast included in won package? Never seen anything like that, and that there was no communication prior about this.
Seems really shady advertising the hotel as so big value, not including breakfast and saying nothing prior to the event about.
Or is this totally normal for American events?

Its common in US Hotels. In Vegas you also dont find many Hotels with breakfast included.
And if so, its only a certain $ amount voucher for a Bakery or Breakfast restaurant in the Hotel.

On Pokerstars site it is not to see, but if you go to hotel site or Pokerstarstravel, there you see that breakfast is extra.
Threfore you got the 1000$ on your room account. Many people say that this will only cover your expenses if you were alone in the room and spend as less as possible. The Hotel is very expensive!

Asked for a breakdown of the room, somehow they are spending 390usd a night for a room you can get for 250usd online. Go figure where my frikin breakfast went

The thing here is that you can’t book a block of several hundred rooms at that price. Group rates are a totally different animal to the cheapest one available on a booking site.
