Could you please confirm when is the last day for these satellites on partypoker? Would these run till 29th before festival starts or the sats will be available to play during the festival as well:

- $20.00 + $2.00 Daily - 2 x $220 WFT$ prizes guaranteed

- $500 + $30 Sundays at 8:00pm for WPT

On the partypoker client it only shows the next scheduled satellite, so I wanted to get confirmation so I can plan ahead and put enough in my online schedule

Could you please explain how technicality of using the WFT$ I earned on PartyPoker to pay for a seat in a tournament at the playground club. How does it work?

You show up at the cage where you would normally register for tournaments and provide them with your partypoker screen name and photo ID. Let the playground staff member know what tournament you would like to register for and they'll credit your buy in with the amount of WFT$ you want to use.

E.g. You have $220 WFT and want to register for a tournament that costs $330.
If you want to use all of your tournament dollars then your buy in will cost you $110 CAD (cash). If you want to use only $100 WFT then your buy in will cost $230 CAD (cash) and your screen name will have a balance of $120 WFT that you can use towards another tournament.

That's exactly it dsquirrels.

The program has been a pretty huge success with over 100 players starting the festival with a WFT$ balance - one player started with over $1K in his "account".

ramzey23 sorry for the delay, but the WFT$ sat you mentioned will run all week until Sunday, and that is also when the final WPT Satellite will run.

The "tournament dollars" satellites are great, hope you will run more for the next festivals!
I had the pleasure to play in the first event of this Winter Festival, the "Crazy" 150$ multi-flights.
Incredible event for that buy-in, structure is perfect (in day 1 at least), staff is great + you have a coverage and all the useful info on an updated blog. Great job Playground! I played in many 500/1000$ events and you almost get the same player experience here for 150$!

The only way to make the tournament slighly better IMO would be to pay a bit more than 9,5% of the field.
Almost 20% of the field come back for day 2 and I think to pay 12% or even 15% would make it more enjoyable (and probably better for the game in the long run).

One of my C$220 tickets has gone missing from my partypoker account. Has anybody else had this problem, before I phone partypoker Support and they reply with, "WTF is WFT$?"

My C$110 tickets "Expires On 07-Feb-2017 23:00:00 ET." Does this mean that those ticketholders not arriving until closer to the Main Event will lose their tickets? If I manage to arrive by Tuesday night at Playground, does this mean I have to prebuy to all my events to use up all my WFT$ before the expiry?

Nash - can you send me the balance you think you should have and I can check it against what we have in our records? Maybe it's missing from the partypoker client but visible on our side. Send by PM or other, it's all good).

As well just ignore the expiry date - they only expire at the end of late registration of the final event (Event 16) in the Winter Festival.
