What about the:

"All players receiving a cash prize will also receive a $100 voucher good towards the Aug 2 Super Satellite Event #65. The voucher can be used for buy-in or rebuys. VALUE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRIZE POOL"

The $240 tournament has $183 actually going into the prize fund (players: 302 ... prize fund: $55288).

I discussed this issue with the floor prior to playing.

I enjoyed the tournament. I just wish the actual cost was made clearer.

I couldn’t figure out why the prize pools were lower than what I was calculating forr the $240 huge tournament. This must be why. If they take the $100 out of the prize pool then that’s complete bull****. Taking away from the recs that play the weekend $240 just to possibly put more entrants into the main to let the pros have more dead money.

Hopefully that’s not the case.

Let me answer myself again lol. I don’t think that was the case. For the $240, I’m guessing $40 is take and then the $6 is dealer tips. And then the $100 satellite voucher is free.

the $100 voucher comes out of the prize pool.
