I believe this was originally developed by a poster on 2 + 2 and renamed to PLAN IT YOUR WAY but this is an awesome tool and source of detail information on events, their structure, and rating system (an oft argued point but it is internally consistent so makes different events easily comparable). Anyone that is trying to navigate the multiple options ...specially around the WSOP will appreciate the flexibility.

I sincerely thank the developer and brains behind this effort.

Thanks for the tool! I noticed that the Wynn Mystery Bounty starting today has the incorrect structure (and perhaps that's why the s-points is lower?). It starts at 100/100 and not 100/200

The site often loads very slowly and when you start making the many different option selections it doesn't get a lot better but its free and a great tool AND DEFINITELY worth the wait.

Does something like this exist for other geographic locations? Or, is there where you can calculate this? I'd love to use such a tool to decide to play tournaments closer to home.

I can't find it anywhere: does someone know the s-pts for the WSOP Main Event, the Monster Stack, etc.
if someone has the list, it would be great!

Hi all,

I created the website poker-schedule.com, thank you all for the great feedback

If you want the details on how the S-Points is calculated, I didn't invent it, it was designed by this guy https://www.rainbowspuppiessunshine.com/pokercalc/
I used the same formula (with a mini modification)

The stars rating system was design by me.
It takes into consideration the S-Points, the Rake and the Buy-in (15% rake for a $100 buy-in is ok but It is awful for a 1k buy-in), it gives a rating from 0 to 5 stars, 4 stars are from the structure rating and 1 stars is for the rake rating

I designed the website myself and I am definitely not a webs designer haha, I had an issue in the architecture that was slowing everything down, it should be fix now

I have all the series added now ( just waiting for the Orleans) and I am waiting now for the blind sheet so I can add the structures

Cocolegros .. your work is so precious Sir . For me ,S points value helps me to decide which tournaments I must play other then my pre determined events .

I very much understand how you are assigning S points to a tournament.

My question is about star rating . What is co-relations of star rating to S points?
Is it just the alternative name for S points or there are different considerations?

Can you please explain?

Thx

Here is where I get confused. On June 5 th:

Orleans tournament ($300)with 67 S points has 3 star
while
Venetian tournament ($800)with 69 S points you have given 2 star.
while
Golden Nuggets ($150) with 57 S points you also assigned 3 Star.

Is iit the buy-in effect you are considering ?

Thx

Small note:

Looks like you have the 6/5-6/8 Nugget dailies as a $150 entry fee, but their schedule and Hendon Mob both have them as a $200 entry fee.
