The following situation occurs. Tournament with £65 entry in the local casino. 20k starting stack
Blinds are 200/400/ 400 ante on button
UTG reizes blind to 1200 before hands are dealt.
5 People call the blind raise
Pot = 8400
I shove on small blind with A6 hh for 20k and get called by 75ss for due to Image on table.
Question: Is this shove ultra thin ?
Have in mind that the table is really loose and all people involved in the hand are very unlikely to have limped any strong hands.

How many runners remained in this small donkament? How close to money bubble? What is average chip stack at that juncture?

In some cases, I am good with it and in others I am just getting out of the way and looking for a better place...you have given us next to no information to work with.

A tournament with a button ante? First I've ever heard of such a thing. Where can I go to find a lively discussion of the the merits of this type of structure?

80 players left
9 places get paid
we are still in the re-entry period
200/400 is the 4th level of the tournament

I have a friend who's point of view on this hand is that you never shove 50bb stack with A6hh here to pick up 20bb because this is not how you would generally play a stronger hand like AK,AQ, TT, 99.
I think there is a good point for shoving a stronger hand here to pick up 20bb without a fight right ?
