Does anyone have a link to a list of tax rules for UK players winning abroad? I know the UK has an agreement with the US so we don't pay tax there, so I'm just interested in the European countries, in particular Latvia, Spain, France and Norway.

Good guess!

I can answer your question regarding Spain and France. And it is not UK specific.

Both don't withhold any taxes from your winnings for any player regardless of your country.

-> No taxes on winnings there.
