Pretty sure it's just 25/50 blinds for level 1 with 50 bets on the flop and 100 bets ("limits" like King Kevmath said) on turn and river.

Level # Small Blind Big Blind Ante
1 25 50 50-100
2 50 100 100-200
3 75 150 150-300
4 100 200 200-400

etc etc
Misprint. No antes. Just blind levels.

No matter how early or late you register your stack will not be on the table to be blinded off until you sit down. You will receive a full stack.

Only exception is at the end of registration when all stacks will be on the table. But that is not until the start of day 2 in this case.

Thanks, Matt. In that case, when will registration be open for Big Stax 300 day 1C?

This is interesting, wont there be dead stacks at each table from the start? How will you start with a "full" stack if you reg late? Normally if you were to reg during the second level you would arrive at your seat to find a stack which has been blinded out, can you explain how this would be different?

Do they give you your stack at the cage when you reg?

Thanks

No dead stacks. The dealer will hand you a stack when you sit. Every player gets a full stack. So you may register as early as you want and it won't hurt you.

I would like to know this too, I would love to be able to reg early and show up at 11:00 and play without having to wait in line. Can you shed any light on this Matt?

Per information at http://www.parxcasino.com/bigstax (right side of webpage): "Pre-registration for all Big Stax events will begin on Monday Feb 4th at noon. Encouraging early sign ups, especially for the Big Stax 300"

I'm showing up at sharp noon, from work, to register for day 1a!

Will we actually get a table/seat assignment at registration, or an entry ticket which will then be exchanged for a table/seat assignment on the day of the tournament?

If seat assignments are given ahead of time, and there are no dead stacks, then there could be many empty spaces at each table. So, I'm assuming seat assignments will be available when the player is ready to sit down? Will there be a separate line for people who have pre-registered to get their seat assignments?

This is a good question. I would hate to have to stand in another line after pre registering, I wanna come in at 10:55 and take my seat, I assumed that when we pre registered we would be given table/seat assignments.

i think it's safe to assume that when you preregister you get a table and seat number.. good idea on parx moving up registration just in case... btw matt whoever designed the new sunday deepstack bounty turbo (there were over 170 runners this sunday and i final tabled it) should be commended.. it moved at the perfect pace and it reminded me of an internet tournament... ive been bugging ari and dave to get a regular sunday tournament for a year and you all hit a home run with this imo

Matt,

I forgot to ask you when I saw you at Borgata -

If I get to Parx Tuesday night, will I still be able to get into day 1a of the $300???

I am headed to Tunica to play the WSOPc Main Event and should be back to Philly Tuesday afternoon sometime.

I know you said there are 91 tables but I'm thinking if I register the night before I should get a seat, right????

Please let me know your thoughts

Thanks and looking forward to a great series at Parx!!!

I can't imagine it being a problem with 91 tables. But if it is we will do everything we can to accommodate as many as possible. Ex. go from 9 to 10 handed to add 91 seats if necessary.

See you next week Mike.

Matt - same question from my end: I plan on pre-registering on Sunday noon; so, I'm hoping that when I show up on day 1a, I can immediately just go to my table/ seat unless you think there will be a separate line on the day 1 flights for those who pre-registered for getting actual table/ seat assignments.

It wouldn't make sense to get in the big line again on the day 1 flights with those who'll be buying in for the first time.

You will receive a table and seat # when you preregister just as if you register on the day of the event. You will not have to wait in any line after you preregister.
Leave it to us to keep the tables balanced. That is our job. You guys just worry about accumulating chips.

Matt, congrats on the Borg cash.

Should I anticipate any issues getting in if I show up Friday morning around 10am for day 1c of event 1? I really can't make it out earlier or prior to that day, and would rather not make the trip and sit around for hours only to be locked out.

Thanks

Matt: Why are there no single day events starting at 11AM like in the past? I see a couple single day events and each starts at 7PM. I do not have enough time to take off from work for a multi-day event.
