PokerNews would like to congratulate the incredible efforts of Tiffany Michelle so far in the WSOP Main Event.

While we are currently investigating her obligations to PokerNews and her current sponsorship, we would like for her to focus all her energies and talents on the felt and to show the world that PokerNews and Tiffany Michelle are a force to be reckoned with, not just in the online world but offline as well.

The relationship with Tiffany Michelle and PokerNews is one that goes a long way back, and we have been very fortunate to be a part of fulfilling her dreams of someday making it big in Hollywood and the silver screen. Surely her efforts in the biggest poker tournament in the world will make some waves in Tinseltown.

The lastest UB scandal thread.

Better get some people in her ear about the UB Sponsorship. With all of the new developments over night she would be wise to distance herself as far possible. When she makes the final table and does the PR rounds it WILL come back to be a slap in her face especially since 60 minutes has been contacted about the new developments. It would be wise to start cultivating the RIGHT image NOW.

Tiffany has the potential to be bigger than Moneymaker. Think Danica Patrick big or bigger. It makes no sense to start off her poker career and bigger endeavors on the wrong foot. She needs a reliable and trustworthy person giving her good advice. Hopefully she will get that before the final table.

That is rather unfortunate.

Wish all the bad you want on UB mgmt, but why in the world would you want to wish ill will on a player just because of her sponsorship? Was she directly involved?

I don't see anyone wishing ill will on Hell-mouth.

Logic would be appropriate.

+1 Its easy to say until they offer you the sponsorship how many of you would say no to what they offered her? (I have no idea what that is of course) I also agree that after the WSOP she should without a doubt re-evaluate her position....I agree also that Hellmuth should have also distanced himself from them....The site should be shut down along with Absolute....How could you ever risk one dime on either of those two sites again. They should get what we in college football call the Death Penalty. They should be shut down and there management never be allowed to own manage or otherwise be involved with the day to day operations in any gambling establishment in the world online or B&M.

Because endorsing a site in which it looks like the owner was cheating players and stealing their money, just because she is benefitting, shows complete disrespect for the poker community and the integrity of the game.

Also, logic should lead her to conclude that being prominantly associated with a scummy company like UB that is the subject of an expose on 60 Minutes is not going to be a great career move for someone who wants to be a big Hollywood star.

What a HUGE mistake for her to sign with UB!!! I couldn't agree with Quitestorm more. What huge potential for here if she continues to stay alive, and UB isnt exactly going to be the best place for here gain and image.

Before i left to vegas for the main event, i told myself, if i made it far, no matter what or how much they offered me, i WOULD NOT accept spponsorship from UB or AP. Luckily on the first day, Oliver was able to get me a contingency sponsorship with FULL TILT. WHEW!!! sorry to say i did not make it past day 2, but hey, at least i was poised to with the right sponsor.

Its too bad TM, signed up with UB, but i still hope she GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE FINAL!! it would be good for women all across the world to see ANY WOMAN can do it!!! better than if say someone like jennifer harmon got there who has a lot more experience. from what i could tell, seems like TM doesn't have any prior tournament cashes.
