$110 per Player – NLHE Tag Team Switch Tournament – OPEN EVENT
10k Chips Per Team – 20 Min Levels

This is the ever popular Tag Team Switch Tournament! Two partnered players play on two separate stacks – unless one gets knocked out. Then you Tag Team one stack until eliminated… even if it’s all the way to 1st place! (Team members may rebuy up until the first break)

Has anyone played in this event before? Anyone know approximately how many entrants this tournament gets?

Do both tag team members start with 5,000 chips each and play each level until out, or does one member play 10,000 chips at a time and then switch every level?

The HPT had one of these at the Meadows Casino (near Pittsburgh), last month.

Each player started with their own 10k stack at separate tables. At random intervals they would announce (possibly mid-hand), to switch with your partners.

Player A could end up facing any sort of decision like pre or post flop or an all-In decision at Player B (their teammates), table and vice versa.

Most exercise some poker players ever get, rushing over to the next table. Ha

It was actually quite fun.

Are there often ladies looking for a partner or are they mostly already chosen. I will be in town alone, but love to play.

This tournament is one of the few LIPS tourneys that is open to both men and women.

Shaun Deeb doesn't have to dress in drag..unless he wants to..
