Chris,

Firstly, thanks for getting a draft schedule out for feedback, sadly seems like a rarity these days.

-Main Event slot looks well chosen and price point/guarantee looks good.
-Multiple PLO's at, and generally greater use of, $1k price point (assume all have re-entry btw?), very welcome; being greedy I'd like to see one more PLO high event (maybe make it a bounty or something to mix things up), which leads me into
-Pls bring back the PLO HR, anything 2.5k-5k, it did poorly last year mainly bc of its spot in the schedule, the year before was much better
-re PLO slots
- the 20th is likely the least worst option for a slot sandwiched between the two big WSOP events, I'd consider moving it to the afternoon though - you still accomplish objective of enabling ppl to FT this event before WSOP 10k, but make it more viable to make d2 of WSOP on 19th, bust early-ish, and late reg this. Somewhat similar comments for the 29th, prob applies even more since theres likely more crossover between player pools for the $10k that, again, not many ppl are gonna bust d1, and your event at 11am the next morning that they're effectively locked out of if they dont. 26th looks well chosen.

Obviously, thank you for doing this Chris.

I think I love the PLO8 warmup it might be a better price point than the $600 last year? I think it's the day before the WSOP just peaked at the tentative Goliath 2019 schedule.

Not sure of the 1K 08 events will play out but I'm definitely interested if I get hot early in the summer.

For all the haters, that say the lights are bad in the tournament. I think it's an non issue at least for me.

Wishing everyone an early great summer.

We were able to improve the lighting a bit and should be able to improve a bit more this year...should also have new chairs!

some thoughts:

$200 short deck - nice I may actually get to try it for the first time

dealer's choice - maybe make the second one $165+35? like the other warmup events. also hope it has 20 games like it has the past few years

2-7 nl - I don't think you've had this before, may play this if I get the chance

heads-up - 32 might be a little low? I think the demand could be there for 64. not sure

bounty only all-in or fold - seems interesting

tag team switch - I definitely like the rules better than the wsop's team event rules where one person can play basically the whole tournament

all-in or fold holdem/omaha hi - again, seems interesting, although the buy-ins are a little low. I don't mind it too much I guess

like always, thanks for taking feedback!

Any chance of some triple-draw mix or a stud event being added? Or will the 2-7 (both limit and no-limit) and Razz be as close as it gets with respect to stud and stud-variants?

I liked the $600 price point. I'm a bit disappointed with $200 (and $15k guarantee) the day before the WSOP $1500 PLO8 tourney.

Last year's PLO8 progression was Aria $470 (Sun), PH $600 (Mon) and WSOP $1500 (Tues). I thought it worked well and expected to see it again. Last year's $600 tourney made nearly 120% of its $50k prize pool guarantee. Not sure why PH wants to cut the buy-in (and its fees) on this particular tourney.

I'd like to see the price and guarantee for the PLO8 warmup moved up to 2018's levels.

I'd like another all-in or fold when I'll be in town (7/1-7/8)

Chris whats the rebuy info for these events. Are they unlimited till first break? If they`re one rebuy I`m in for a few of them. Usually multi rebuys are major donk draws.

looks like fun, price point and rake all seem reasonable.
a few things to mention-
it would be nice to see a shootout format
triple draw mix seems to be popular these days didn't see that
consider paying 15% of the field, it will encourage more recreational players to play and nobody will complain top prizes aren't high enough. there's a good reason most online and wsop switched to this and haven't switched back.

15% is probably out of the equation. For larger buy ins it works well, we tried it a couple years back and the feedback was not favorable.

Prob unlimited rebuys as that's what the other events around town offer

+1 at surprise on this buy in being smaller this year .
Am slightly bias as I might not play a 200 where as I’ll definitely play a 600 but good arguments above.
You might find at that 200 price level you are a bit more likely to clash with a nugget or binions type schedule too.
Like the 1k ones and I’m guessing those are one of the reasons you chose a 200 instead of a 600.

Whatever you decide thanks for the work and drafts / discussion .

I'm disappointed to see the mixed game events are $200 (and only $150 for the first dealer's choice). As I said in the 2018 thread, I'm coming to play the $1500 mix events. I would love to play $350 warm-up events. But tbh a $200 (and def a $150) just isn't going to wet the whistle of a $1500 player. I'm unlikely to attend any PH events at this price point. I hope you reconsider as I'd love for PH to be a part of my Vegas trip.

According to chris the events are multi rebuy so you`ll have donks aplenty diving in for those Ax "I`m all in " moments to drive up the prize pool.

I think the $200 PLO & PLO8 events should instead be $400-600. People playing WSOP events don't want to stay up til dawn in a $200 tourney the night before. I'm surprised there are not stand-alone Stud8 and especially FLO8 events, when there are for DC, 8G, OE, NL27, TD, Razz, etc.

On the plus side, your schedule doesn't directly conflict with WSOP events and I appreciate the $500-$1100 PLO8/Big O & PLO events.

Would love to see a stud 8 and Omaha 8 each on their own.
