That doesn't sound like it's protecting players as much as it's protecting PH from liability or something. It seems like if all players agree, then house pays out agreed amount--everyone wins... There is less BS, scamming, etc. But if 1 person doesn't agree then it's obv a non-deal and no harassment should be allowed.
Just, and still, think PH policy toward this is pretty ridiculous.
But... To bring back on subject, I like your structure and game selection this summer.
