Are any of the east coast casinos running live MTT series' this summer? I feel like Vegas and Florida are completely back but haven't seen anything in CT/NY/NJ/PA etc.

Yeah, Curious when Borgata will run another series. I am hoping by Fall/Winter but think it is doubtful this year with a late WSOP to compete with

As of now Borgata is out of Poker Tournament Business!

Hope they reconsider their ill fated short sighted decision.

Wow...Borgata is completely out of live tournament poker? I didn't see any official announcement. What about Parx, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun?

Looks like Borgata / Parx / Foxwoods are on pause for tournaments. Maryland live seems to be the only east coast room that is considering running a major tournament in 2021 (WPT in Sept).

Hoping that these rooms consider picking up the free money (pent up demand as we see huge #s in florida/LV etc)

Can’t speak for the other places but I’m pretty sure borgata is short staffed. I don’t see them doing a tournament series for a while unfortunately

Interesting that the limiting factor is staff shortages vs COVID restrictions. Makes sense.

Maybe the covid restriction of being 8 handed is limiting their desire to bring back tourneys? I know when they run tournaments they like to squeeze as many people on one table as possible. They’d make **** 14 handed if possible lol
