This old man hasn't seen AA in the last 5 tourneys I played at the wsopc circuit in Bossier City except in other players hands when I had KK. It happened in two tourneys. Good luck to all at the TJ Classic.

I think this has to be the juciest tournament in dfw/ok area. I played it twice and loved it! I chopped 4ways w/ the chip lead the first time and min-cashed the second time. I must say, the structure is great and lots of players who are completely clueless.

Looks like they're having a decent little tourney series Dec 1st-11th with the Native American Card Player tour? Winner gets cover of Cardplayer magazine and a WSOP-c seat.

Also, I found out this weekend that they changed to "no flop no drop" (on 2/5 and higher i believe) It'd be awesome if that stayed, although I doubt it will once some "higher-ups" find out how much they're losing. That would be huge to grinders, and would make me go to choctaw more if they could just get some games going consistently.

This last Saturday, (the weekend of a main event of a tournament series) there were barely two 2/5 games going until 9pm when they opened a third table. And friday night I was on the must-move 2/5 game and it broke around midnight.

Ummm... I was there on Friday afternoon/night, and there were three 2/5 games going, a couple 2/5 PLO and a 5/10 NL at 7pm. Things must have mysteriously died early, but action was decent earlier.

yeah it was ok, i don't remember a third 2/5 ever starting, but there were two 2/5plo games, i guess i missed the 5/10 friday night

I played their 5/10 game for roughly an hour before it broke. Bunch of nits in the game. No easy spots. I think i broke even in the game. Though the 2/5 game seemed more profitable.

1/3 and 2/5 were good. real good

good job to everyone who made the FT yesterday, i still think 8 seats call with 1010 for 750k 10 handed was the biggest lol ive ever seen live in poker.... but it worked so i guess it wasn't that bad.

Chopped up the prize pool 8 ways for 1200 each after paying the bigstack first place money. He had 750k and ~1200 was almost 4th money, obv jumped on the offer. That's crazy you remember me, we were sat together for a short time.

I was playing cash afterward and noticed you at the final table. You looked familiar to me at the time and after seeing your 2p2 name I remember that we met/played together deep in a river Mega like 2 years ago. Not a stalker btw, just good memory for faces I guess

I've played this tourney a few times and haven't made it to the final table.... I heard if you make a FT it's usually chopped?... Anybody know?
