I played in the Monday $240 1 Day Final Event (shorter rounds) the past two years. Last year they had around 300. I'm playing this Sunday in the Final $240 2 Day Event.

Also is getting there at 9 to register instead of 10 or 11 worth it? I don't really want to wait in line for an hour.

Congrats! It's great to see a 2+2er ship the MTT. I wish I got to meet more 2+2ers in the 7 game MTT. It seemed like there were a lot of 2+2ers in the field.

Overall, I was impressed with the 7-game MTT and thought the tournament structure was awesome. MTT seemed very well run except for the weird dinner break (forced time at 6:00PM).

The only possible improvement was maybe to play 12 levels instead of 10 on day 1. (It didn't end up mattering for me because i busted last hand in hand-for-hand in level 10 [LHE].) I'm glad to read they decided to play the whole thing out on Monday to avoid conflicts with the HU event.

Their standard is to the first break, which I think is every 2 levels in the main (2 hours)

They were saying earlier ITT that there is no late registration. Registration was closed once the line to register is exhausted.
