Sorry for the individualized question: I plan on arriving Thursday night, and playing 1B. How late will registration be open, and will it be in the poker room or upstairs? Thanks!

If it is like years past, registration will be upstairs in the venue open till 9? don't quote me on the 9... can't remeber exactly......

60 minimum from high cards. I also believe 22 from people who won weekly tournaments. So...If my math is correct, and they gave out a seat at every weekly tournament, 82 people (32%) will have free-rolled into the Heads-Up tournament.

FWIW, 60 min levels on all days *and* skipping the 250/500, 2500/5000 for the Main is really bad.

Demand they use structures from last year. How dare they drop three levels and shorten rounds in prelims, and skip standard levels in the main. Cmon....

i arrived the same time before event 1 of the wsopc in october and there was registration in the poker room until like midnight or something

Just spoke to Patrick, one of the floormen. He said the CPC TDs handle the structure. When they get here (Tuesday) you can talk to them about the structures. He said if there's complaints, they would probably change the main event. His gut was that they prob wouldn't change the small buy-in events, because of the massive fields and the fact that they want them done in 2 days. A couple tourneys last year went 3 days unplanned. So at least that's a start. Talk to the TDs during the first tournament. We'll see what happens.

As long as the Series hasnt started, all the pre-reg takes place in the main poker room cage and I believe thats 24hrs.

Starting Thursday, all registration takes place in the Venue outside the tournament floor and that has hours, open until 10pm I think.

Got my seat for 1B, Table 69, weeeeeeeee. GL to all the 2p2ers, should be a great series.

Hey Aceball,

Starting day #1B as well. See you then, maybe! I cashed in that wsopc #1 in October and this looks like it will be just as big! Need luck again though.

awmllc2000- you can probably even register the day of about 10am without much of a line.
