Does anyone have any information on when the events will be held here? I can't find any information my friend says it will be in Feb. Also I plan on playing mostly cash ( 2-5 / 5-10 ) when I go with the occasional SAT, has anyone ever gone to here before and know how the cash games are usually like during this event?

So Casino Niagara has never hosted a WSOPC before, so if this event is real, it would be a new one. WSOP has not announced the international circuit schedule for 2019 yet-they've only announced events that are occurring in 2018 so far. The parent company of Niagara has traditionally hosted a WPT in February, which has previously occurred at Fallsview, even after the casinos consolidated the poker rooms down to primarily just Niagara. That event has also not been announced yet because the WPT hasn't put out their second half of their season schedule (for 2019).

So, there might be an event, it might be a WPT not a WSOPC event, and it might be at Fallsview, not Casino Niagara.

AHHHH okay yes, sorry I don't follow the tournament scene much. But yes you're right. WPT, okay and they had it last FEB.... okay yup. Appreciate it. Have you by chance ever played there during the event if so how was it. Also about what time do the announce that information?
