Card Player Poker Tour Choctaw 2013 (July 18 - August 5) - Page 6 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

Turns out ill be taking a bus to Durant from San Antonio instead of driving. The itinerary it says it drops me off at the Stop and Buy off Main and the highway. Anyone know of any way to get to the casino from there? Any local bus route or taxi service in Durant? Guess worse case I guess ill hoof the 4 miles.

When does the bus get there?

It is my understanding that the registration desk will close 10pm but then you can register at the poker room so basically 24/7.

I just had a PM and answered it but I thought it might help some others if I posted it but I did remove his name:

I have a dumb question I didn't want to post and I'm sure you'll know. But I am playing event 4 in Durant and I've never played a re entry before. Do I have to play on day 1-A in order to play day 1-B?

My answer: No you can play either or both I know several that prefer to skip day 1A and just play 1B.

Choctaw casino is about 4 miles south from where you will be dropped off. However since you are coming from the south you are going to pass Choctaw. There is an intersection at Rodeo where the bus can just let you out at without having to do any turnarounds or anything.

If you can convince the driver to do that.

Unfortunately, I won't be up there until Saturday that weekend. The only other thought i had was that Choctaw has vans that pickup and deliver to hotels in the area. Perhaps there is a hotel on their circuit that is close to drop off point that could work?

It's my understanding that it's unlimited both days, keep re-entering up to the start of level 9 if need be .... i could be wrong

According to the taxi magic app I use, there's several in durant and calera. Call em and see how much they want. Can't imagine it would be much.
