Does anyone have any information on the prelim events?
I called the poker room, the lady who answered had no clue.
Looks like they only have two prelim price points (500 and 1k) and you can re-enter all of them within 1st 6 levels...you would think getting structure info given the monotony of the schedule would be easy to obtain, but w/ the Bellagio who knows...
crazy... well does anyone know if ALL the cash game tables will be open for the each prelim or will there be a high liklihood for alternates; say if they have 30 tables max to open 10-handed & and 325 sign up for a $500?
this is becoming un-appealing by the minute..... no bellagio rep, obv its not high on thier priority list pushing the tourneys into the cash room, it sounds like an everyday local casino "making room" for some experiment
to think that this used to be the poker headquarters.........
The schedule sheet is confusing, are some of these tournaments standalone or are they satellites for the Five Diamond in December? Just reading one might get the impression that it's the latter which is very strange.. because nobody is going to show up to play satellites masquerading as actual events basically.
And why is it that Bellagio staff is always rude to you, and they never have a rep online answering questions? Venetian/Aria/MGM and I believe even Caesars now have reps or at least a twitter page... Bellagio has NOTHING... yeah "it's not just poker, it's poker at the Bellagio" indeed!!!!
When folks check back to this thread, I hope they can give an update into SNGs satellites into the $500 2-day tourneys.
Cost, structure time of day run, etc
Will be in Vegas during that first week; would like to get into the tourney as cheaply as possible so when I bust out after 4 levels, I can say "Well, at least when I busted out like a wuss, it only cost me < insert SNG satellite price here>"
