Hi everybody.just wanted to tell my recent story with fps pokerstars festival at cercle casino.i am traveling and playing 3 months now all europe and its first time these things happens.going first day i get in with my id like european.the next day didnt let me get in with my id.only passport they say.i said call manager how is possible yesterday to enter and play 7h lost 2k and today you wont let me in with the same id?manager was for sure that not accepted,but the previous no problem.no comment.ok went to room take passport going again.(lost 3h of my preperation,got nervous without reason they ****ed up my day).so coming pokerstars and like it says at pokerstars live app.to go and register etc you can with your id from these countries : bla bla italy greece european countries.i talked with a very good man of management of team pokerstars and he was sure 100% that casino wrong and id pass.then i go try with my id they let me,and then pokerstars didnt let me go in LOL.which i was day2 at main fps main event from the previous day,i had played allready all these tournaments.and they where saying that european greek id is not acceptable on pokerstars because it doesnt have expiry date,THEY DONT HAVE EXPIRY DATE THE GREEK IDS.INFORM FIRST!!!!(but the rest casinos all over europe they know and accept it obviously)!!!!!and these months i played ept barcelona,espt malaga,everywhere no problem with my id and pokerstars because i am client 14 years.but like it looks,the people that are working are not very good informed,because the stuff to the entry they asked 2 different persons of big managers of pokerstars and they agree that the id is not acceptable.the casino didnt accept it either and they called security to stay out of casino with no passport.i just have no words guys they treated me like a criminal.no respect to anything.and the top of all,we played a schedulled tournament which was day1 yesterday,i had day2 next day 13:00,the tournament was turbo so was going to finish like 4-5.here comes the TOP.the casino close 03:00 and they say to stop the tournament (last 15) amd continue next day 12:00 which we have all almost the day2.how its possiple to arrange a tournament without knowing if casino let you finish it.or if you know that its closing 03:00 you dont arrange the tournament.or if it was 2 days we not gonna register obv.so throw it to be day2 on main...my worst live experience after 3 months,8 festivals and 13 different casino and countries in a row.i dont want to blame someone or anything i just want someone to listen and fix these problems so other people dont have it.
