I am not so sure about this. It depends on when/how you registered.
If you pre registered at the cage , and received a a table/seat ticket then I believe your stack goes in play at the start.
If you pre reg on Bravo but dont print out your seat ticket until the day of the event then you should be fine.
If you are standing in line waiting to late register then you will have a full stack when you get a seat.
