Yeah, it used to be that buying tickets (at least domestically in the US) about 60 days ahead was the sweet spot for getting the lowest rates. But now that everything is computerized and there's instant access to tons of data, airlines ae able to adjust their rates much quicker in response to demand. So, getting the lowest rates sometimes happens well within or outside that two month window. It all depends on the demand for a particular flight.
As for schedule release, I don't know about the Wynn, but PH and The Venetian should be out in the next couple weeks.
