Summer Series is like their 2nd biggest draw. Opening event will prob be 1 million.

You couldn't be more wrong. The guarantee for the main event is on the Borgata website and is $500K. That is terrible. Looking back to 2012 the opening event guarantee is $100K again terrible. Sad to say but I may go to either Parx or Del Park in May if the event 1 guarantee is $100K I would skip this. Never thought I'd say that.

Figured I'd just chime in with my yearly push this event back a month and a half plea. Can't hurt to try can it?

Just hate missing events at Borgata. And yes, I know its my choice to miss these.

Hope its a success Tab & company. as I'm sure it will be.

Yeh if this was in late july or early/mid august it would be of course be a much bigger series, plus then I wouldnt have to miss it. But that might be too close of scheduling with the series in september so idk if that would work to put it before sept series but after wsop

Something like July 10-27 would work. I'd imagine it has to do with being too close to the poker open in September.

That would be great actually - the crowds would be much higher and then 6 weeks later the Fall Open would begin.

You can never have too many tournaments at Borgata!!!

Thu 6/13 2pm $ 500 + $ 50 Ultimate Super Satellite: Main Event/WPT Borgata Poker Open (~1 in 28)

This is the info about the Ultimate Super Satellite as shown here:

I read the details as one person out of 28 qualifies for the $2700 + $200 main event. But it seems that it should be closer to one person out of five qualifies. Does the ~1 in 28 need to be corrected, or is it right and maybe I am interpreting it incorrectly?
