How much do the daily $200 deep stacks at the Rio typically pay to first? How many entrants? Skill level?

Believe it's usually around $10k. I think it gets between 200-400 runners most of the time.

I haven't played it, but I played three of the $250s. The skill level was very mixed. Some solid/tough players, some weak recs, and some in the middle. Really depends on table draw. There should be at least 2-3 weak players at most tables though.

Definitely check the payouts. I played one of these last year when it was $185. I finished something like 24th or 26th, and won a net of under a hundred bucks. It was aggravating to spend 10 hours or so, beat maybe 95% of the players, and won about 10 bucks an hour. I decided that if I was going to play any of these Deepstacks, it would only be where there were 1000 entries or so, and the payouts of other than the top 5 wouldn't actually piss me off.

It varies. Daily deep stack results can be viewed here:

I played in the 1 PM $250 twice. First time around, my table was for most part pretty solid, and a few spewey / passive players. The second time, there were quite a few bad players. It depends on the table draw.

It's kind of funny - in the bigger Deeps, you might see many types of bad players. The mega-aggro, the trappy, the any suited king, etc that sometimes do well in the 3 hour tournaments because they only have to get lucky for a little while. Those guys are gone by the 5th or 6th hours of the Deeps.
