Just returned from Mega Millions XX from Bicycle casino on Saturday. They claimed not to have enough dealers and decided to play 10 handed!!

I haven't play a 10 handed game for like forever. When was your last time to play in one?

The Bike has really gone downhill the last few years. Now, they take away the complimentary tea for tournament players. Only water (cold and hot) is available. Porter and service was almost non-existent. My table-mate tried for 15 minutes before they were able to order lunch. Took insane amount of time to arrive. Another well known regular asking for service and cocktail turned to a floorman for help. Floorman didn't care and said he is not in charge of service. Their tournament dealers have always been new and incompetent. How can you blame the paying customers (poker players) for complaining about the dealers.

Just terrible service and experience. Have you guys experienced the same thing? Maybe I should turn to Hustler for future tournaments, seem like they are better run and have better structures too.
