2017 WPT Fallsview Poker Classic: February 17-24 - Page 4 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

I talked to a supervisor yesterday and they said they WILL NOT do this; if you buy an A & B and make it through A; you can play B and advance your best stack forward THEY WILL NOT credit you towards a future event or issue you a refund.

I have an email from them stating they will allow me to put my buyin for 1B towards another event. Fallsview is one of the worst run poker rooms in the world... not surprised their staff aren't on the same page.

Yes you can keep your car in Fallsview parking garage and leave it their for days and days and use your PAC card to get out for free. I recently saw a car that was clearly broken down in the same spot for about 6 weeks before they removed it.

1B is now sold out - You can still register and be put on the alternate list so the sooner the better if your planning on reg'ing so you get in earlier in the day.

There is always overlap. Anyone who makes day 3 of the 2500 will either be unavailable or have to late register the 5k.

Why do they do that? They are virtually the only organizers that overlap their tourneys, are they really that cheap in renting the halls or something? Versus lost income from ppl that want to play multi-tourneys.

Anyway, no kidding this is one of the most POORLY-RUN events/poker venues, it's only Wed and the phonelines are JAMMED. Can't even find out if the $275 super-satt on the 19th is soldout or not...anyone know?

Btw, are the blind structures the same for all 3 tourneys, just the starting stacks are different, so 100bbs for $1,100, 200bbs for $2,500 and 300bbs for $5,000, iirc?

Asking why Fallsview does dumb things feels irrelevant.

The most recent update was under 100 seats left as of 2/11, I'd be surprised if it wasn't close to sold out by now.

Blind structures are indeed exactly the same.

update 1b 1100 sold out
1a less than 90 seats
2500 super sat sold out
some questions from the page so if you have a ticket do you get blinded off before check in? No are alternate seats 1st come 1st serve? You can pre-buy right now, or 1st come 1st serve. up to level 10
if paid by cc Pick up vouchers at the PAC Booth and get a PAC card at the same time.

As I informed Mike, it's better not to commit to paying for a 1B Alternate Receipt until you're out of 1A. An Alternate Receipt guarantees you late registration to a sold-out event, and there is no 100 limit for Alternates this year.

To be fair, this would probably only pose a problem if someone FT's and wants to play the next one. Of course major ones like WSOP will have many overlaps, or else it would be a 2 year event (just exaggerating but you know what I mean)!

They don't have the space to do both of these events on the same day. I would push the 2500 back a day in your schedule-if you make day 2 you can't play 1A of the 1k, and if you make day 3 you can't play 1B.

A Shootout is basically like a sit n go. You have to win your table to move on. For example, let's say there are 81 entries and it's a 9-handed tournament. The 9 winners of each table would move on to the final table and play each other. I'm not sure if this particular event is 6-max, 9-max or 10-max, but same concept applies.
