For all my European whisky peeps with Lidl’s, highly recommend this.
It’s mystery sourced single grain scotch, aged 20+ years. Got it for 40€ and my father-in-law said he perviously got it for 25€. Any barrel aged spirit aged this long for those prices is crazy.
My favorite whiskey review site likes the Lidl offerings.

Single grain, like single malt is Scotch from a single distillery. Single grain is whisky made with grains other than malt. It’s usually made in big whisky factories, in column stills in industrial parts of Glasgow or something. No picturesque Islay or Speyside countryside with touristy looking distilleries with nice looking copper pot stills. This is the stuff used to blend into your blended whiskies of 1.75L plastic bottles of Old Smuggler. That being said I’m always on the look out for any forgotten barrels from the corner of the warehouse that accidentally sat there for 20 years, which they forgot to put into paint varnish after a few years. I like these aged one off single grains. Almost paid over 100£ for a similar spec one from the Cadenheads shop in London.
