Yeah, everytime I make a nice cup on the stove instead of the instant stuff I think about Cooper and Twin Peaks
I got the DVDs last xmas and watched the whoel first series in about a week I loved it so much, and I'm going through it again now. I love all the small things and idiosyncracies about this show, the portrayal of simple small town life and the shots of the town. The characters are amazing and Cooper might be my favorite protagonist of all time, his chirpy demeanor despite such a tragic investigation is brilliant.
I think the series got a bit silly towards the end of season two but it was still great. I never cared much about the mystery much to be honest, what I loved about the show was just the vibe, Lynch really immersed me into the town and the characters. That is what kept me watching
I want to watch it again all over now it has been a year. Maybe it is a winter thing
I'll post any thoughts I have as I go through it
Agree about the ladies too, every one was stunning. Audrey was def a fav of mine as well, she had a really sultry yet innocent appeal
