I loved the show but i couldnt agree more with you here, i really hated the actress that played skyler, I felt that every time she was angry, it felt forced and over acted. Remember the SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP scene? it was just terrible imo. Everyone talks about how hot she is, but i just dont see it that much, i mean sure she is hot, but actress hot? not even close iyam.

Has anyone watched the first couple episodes of Black Sails? So far i think it just awesome. The costumes are just great, and the world they have built is just so intriguing to me. It shows the business and political side of pirating. The show focuses around a ships captain who is hunting for the score of a life time, a spanish ship that is transporting gold. I will definitely be following thing the life of this show.

Also is anyone just so sick of waiting for the new season of Falling Skies? I can't get enough of the show, but making us wait so long between seasons is killing me. We had to wait a year for the second season and almost the same for this next one. I love it enough that i will not miss it regardless of how long I have to wait but I think that a casual fewer will just lose interest due to having to wait so damn long, and that will hurt them. Anybody else watch this? what are you looking forward to this season?

Did you see the prequel movie they did on USA? i believe it was called The Fall Of Sam Axe. it was about a mission he had in south america. It wasn't great but i think it proved that he could definitely carry his own show

I feel so out of touch. The two drama shows I really enjoy at the moment are The Walking Dead and Sleepy Hollow, and they both get a regular slagging whenever I read about them.

Not that I care, I really enjoy them

I am really into intelligence, I like the rest of the world was introduced to Josh Holloway when he was on Lost, and i just really enjoyed his character on that show. I have been waiting for him to get back in the game and see what he could do. I was excited to learn that he was going to have a small roll in Mission Impossible movies Ghost Protocol, but it turned out he had like 30 seconds of screen time and like 3 lines so i was pretty disappointed.

When i saw the first previews for intelligence i was pretty stoked about it, and I think that it has pretty much met my expectations. I really like John Billingsley also so I hope that the show does well.

Spoiler:
Do you think they should have put a chip in someone else's head so early on in the series? I mean we were just getting used to the idea of one person being able to access the internet with their head, and all of the sudden now there are 2 people that can. I think that if they could have waited a while, even into the second season to re-introduce that girl, it could have made for an aweso,me arc in the show. They could have explored how she had the same abilities as Gabriel, but used them differently. They could have made them fall for each other, or be at war with each other, there were just so many possibilities. I think that they really used the idea to early on and cost themselves what could have been a great story arc later on. Just wasted the idea basically.

I haven't seen sleepy hollow but who the heck is dissing that walking dead? you just give me their names and i will take care of it for you. I'll get my Michonne replica sword and make them walker bait. lol but really how can anyone dis this show? i saw a commercial a while back and it called TWD "The Undisputed King of Cable Tv" and i thought that described it perfectly. I mean an AMC night time drama that gets over 10 million viewers per episode? How can anyone argue with that, it is just a near perfect show.

Lots of people are sneering at Walking Dead these days, they're everywhere. They might be closeted zombies, who knows.

People love to nitpick about the stuff that happens in TWD, but the haters still tune in to watch it.

The Walking Dead videogame is really an amazing experience, if you're into videogames. Legitimately better than the show.

Couldn't you get them both of them on streaming or through Netflix's mail service for like a fraction of the price? Otherwise, Breaking Bad imo.

I am a bit of a luddite and given my parlous financial state you would think that price would affect my behaviour but indolence is the trump card in my deck.

After Breaking Bad ended ive had time to catch up on shows that ive neglected... Just started watching The Newsroom, and must say that the show is amazing.. Jeff Daniels really blows me away in this... I legit get anxiety when watching what will happen next in certain episodes.. I def recommend- watch the 1st episode, then watch the 2nd... You should be hooked after that.

Shameless is great, however I think the most underrated show has to be Ray Donovan..

This is correct, and we should all be grateful because it is excellent.

for some reason he just brain farted and did a bunch of stupid rom-coms for a while. prolly cuz they threw an obscene amount of $$ at him to take his shirt off and be in stupid ass movies.

dude has legit acting chops tho.

MM is phenomenal in True Detective. Has to win an Emmy I can't imagine he doesn't. At the end of the first ep he delivered a line "Well then, why don't you start asking the right f***ing questions" but his look at the 2 cops after he delivered the line was what made it awesome. He just brings so much subtlety to every movement that his scenes in the police interview are mesmerizing to watch.

Another example was after he delivered the killer "And like a lot of dreams... there's a monster at the end of it" line to end last ep. Great line all by itself, but the way MM sort of absent-mindedly reaches for a beer can after he says it just makes it more creepy and awesome.

The guy is a great actor who is finally making wise choices.

You guys have to realize that an actor, while wanting to be challenged with great roles, just wants to work. MM took the roles that were offered him, like any actor does. The only modern actor who doesn't seem to need to work unless it's on an amazing project is Daniel Day Lewis. All the others need to pay the bills.

I've never understood the cry of "sellout!" when a DeNiro or Pacino takes a lesser job. They can't all be The Godfather, you know?

weird coincidence i had just read (and i mean minutes ago) an interesting article that was recommended by Grace Randolph from Beyond The Trailer. Its from the hollywood reporter about actors "boarding" which is a term for an actor basically agreeing to work for less money if the producers agree to have their work completed in a certain set amount of time, for example they mention that everyone in the business knows that Bruce Willis works for 1 million smackeroos a day.
