"Danger zone!"

I actually have started saying "danger zone" in certain situations. no one else knows what I'm talking about, but it amuses me.

Does anyone have Amazon Prime? Pretty useful for watching TV shows.

I love it. My dad got me a Kindle Fire for Christmas and I bought Amazon Prime shortly after for all of the TV shows. I'm in France right now though and Amazon streaming doesn't work here. Not sure if it works in other countries.

Guess it kinda depends what you mean by your OP. Are we allowed to list shows that aren't on TV atm or on hiatus between 2 seasons ?

Currently on TV shows that I watch:

- breaking bad
- grimm
- Suits

Series on hiatus/in between 2 seasons :

- madmen
- game of thrones
- community
- parks & rec
- magic city
- girls
- Touch
- Episodes

And i'm probably forgetting some.

Concur with Peep Show, can't wait for the new series! Just started watching "Accused" on the beeb, first episode was decent if a little gay, great actors.

Being from U.K I would recommend:

Life On Mars (u.k)
The Office (u.k)
The Street
I'm Alan Partridge

Guilty Pleasure: Gavin & Stacey

Of the American shows: Curb Your Enthusiasm is a must, as is Lost (despite the ending).

Want to see:

The Wire: I've seen 5 episodes and I have the boxset but it hasn't hooked me as yet (found it a little slow), but everyone says how great it is so I guess I'll go back to it.

Band Of Brothers: Same as above, watched a few episodes, found it ok but it didn't pull me in enough, I will go back to it sometime though to finish it.

Arrested Development: Saw half of series 1 and liked it but for some reason I stopped watching it, will have to watch the rest soon.

Saw (some of) but didn't like:

The Sapranos, really didn't like the first episode so didn't bother to watch another. It's another one that everyone liked so perhaps I should've given it a chance.

Boardwalk Empire, I was expecting it to pick up at some point but it never seemed to happen, I think I watched about 8 episodes before I quit it.

The Sopranos is the best show ever created!. How could you give it up after the pilot episode?. You should definitely give it another chance.

The Twilight Zone

Started watching this on Netflix and it's awesome. Nice change of pace from the heavy dramas like Breaking Bad and The Wire without losing the quality. I'm like 11 episodes in and there was only 1 I would say I didn't really like.

very guilty pleasure
'Bunheads'
sherman-palladino followup to 'gilmore girls'
100% chick show
10 episode summer run
the last 10 minutes of the season finale were outstanding

I watched the pilot of Columbo called 'prescription: murder'

It was great, and felt amazingly fresh for a tv show over 40 years old. Peter Falk just nailed this character and made this show terrific.

9/10
