Funny Stuff!

I have a question....since I moved from out West (where I played only "live" poker)....to GA where there is none (so I began playing on the net).....from what I have gathered in briefly checking it out....Tunica is the closest place for me to play "live" in the games that I like at the stakes that I like.

Also, which is the best poker room there, as it looks like there is more than one. And obviously....where would I find the softest games?

I google mapped it from my address to Harrah's Tunica Hotel & the shortest route is I-20 W & US-78 W & their time estimate is a touch over 6 hours & 396 miles......which I could easily do for weekends.

Would you mind giving me some "Cliff Notes" (or in a nutshell notes) on the poker scene at Tunica these days.

I don't play near as much as I used to. Rarely play cash anymore, mostly tourneys. Horseshoe and Gold Strike have pretty active poker rooms. That's where I always played. They're located within spitting distance of each other. SAMs Town also had a pretty active room, but I haven't been there in a couple of years. Hollywood was always pretty slow, but might be a good place to find an easy game. Be forewarned, some people think because this is Mississippi that they are going to play with a bunch of dumb schmucks. There are some dumb schmucks at the 'Shoe that will take all your money. If you go, you should start out at Gold Strike/Horseshoe because there is definitely more action there. Good luck.
