i wouldnt call it terrible but im in total agreement that it is not worth all the hype.

ive been drinking a lot of clipper city heavy seas ipa lately and i love it very very much

I had a 4-pack of this last weekend. The first one had some of the freshest hop aroma I've ever had. It was like sticking my nose in a bowl of fresh hops. The other 3 bottles didn't leave me with quite the same impression, but very solid DIPA overall.

Founders is very good in general. Not far behind Bells imo. They make a ton of different really, really good beers.

I´ve got a beer influenced post-binge brewing inside.. is it a big no no to "bump" multiple threads at once? I´ll try to have some content in my posts, but nothing highbrow, as I´m just a drunken finntard

I'd be interested. I have a belgian single I just bottled two weeks ago. Just picked up 6 corny kegs, now to build a kegorator.

This year's KBS release is on 3/15. I had it last year and it's a BIG beer. Delicious though - I'm probably splitting up a case with a few friends this year.

I got a few of the standard Founders Breakfast Stout in my fridge which I enjoy but am looking forward to KBS release also

Started the Trippel on Saturday, will have to post recipe when I get home. Mashed a couple of degrees higher than we really wanted it to (154 vs 150) but I think it will be just fine.

I need to invest in more bottles so I don't have to finish a batch before I can bottle again.

Someday, a kegorator will be mine......

It's my buddy's take on a local brewpub's trippel (Brugge Brasserie in Indianapolis), he's made it a few times and it does have a really great color.

My old uni has a lot of people that drink purple, i.e. snakebite and black, here they have a turbo version, namely half of the strongest ale and cider (10 and 8% respectively) topped with 14.5% blackcurrant wine. I passed.

Was too lazy to go to my beer guy and went to the corner store, he had Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA... I was very pleasantly surprised. Best Sam I've ever had, quite hoppy! Will buy again.

its def the best sam ive ever had too. that being said sam adams is like drinking a dead baby out of a bottle. then it gets worse ifyou put it in a glass
